The new low-pressure liners serve pipes with a nominal diameter of DN 450 and DN 500. With a maximum permissible operating pressure of 10 bar (MOP in a straight line), the liners are particularly suitable for applications with a pressure rating of PN 10.
To date, the product portfolio in the low-pressure range has included diameters from DN 150 to DN 400. Demand and the need to rehabilitate pressurised wastewater and drinking water pipes remain high.
By expanding the product diameters, Primus Line is once again able to offer a safe and economical rehabilitation solution for lower pressure ratings. The low-pressure system is a perfomance-optimised version of the medium-pressure system. Cost savings of up to 20 per cent can be achieved by specifically modifying the fabric layer of the liner.
