Situation

The Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) operates a network of transmission and distribution pipelines throughout the entire city to supply water to both its residents and tourists. For this project, the purpose of the pipeline was to deliver irrigation water to a large golf course facility in the Summerlin part of Las Vegas. Because of some recent failures of the PVC pipelines, LVVWD has taken a proactive approach to rehabilitate these pipes throughout the city.
